But in my late 20s and early 30s? I didn't have that circle. I was navigating alone, second-guessing decisions, and making it harder than it needed to be. Here's what I learned: your friends mean well, but they're not in your industry. Your family wants the best for you, but they don't understand the nuances. And your employer? Their priorities are usually theirs. You need a circle that's committed to YOU - your growth, your goals, your next move. That's why I founded CircleUp.Solutions. To give ambitious professionals the specific tools, peer mentoring, expert coaching, and personalized guidance I wish I'd had.
